Our office is in Tempe, but Scottsdale is where you'll find us most of the year. Morning coffee at Fashion Square. Bowling nights in Old Town. Wine tastings on Main Street. If you're looking for an advisor who's actually part of this community rather than just licensed to work in it, that's the whole idea.

Who we work with in Scottsdale

We work with new families who have $1,000,000 or more in investable assets. Most of them are retired or within a few years of it. Many built their wealth here. Some brought it with them. What they tend to have in common: a plan that's grown complicated. A portfolio assembled over decades from three or four different sources. Real estate in more than one state. A CPA and an estate attorney who've never spoken to each other. Adult children who will inherit all of it without much idea how it works. That's the work. Not picking funds - untangling and organizing.

What we do

Retirement income planning. Social Security timing, RMDs, Roth conversions, and the withdrawal sequence that keeps your tax bill from spiking in the years you can least afford it.

Investment management. Fee-only, fiduciary, no commissions, no product sales. We're paid by you and only by you.

Tax strategy. Coordinated with your CPA, not in a vacuum.

Estate and legacy planning. Beneficiary alignment, trust coordination, and the conversations most families keep postponing.

Dual-state planning. If you split the year between Scottsdale and somewhere colder, this is a specialty rather than an afterthought.

Family education. We bring your children into the conversation early, so what you built is understood before it's inherited.

Why families choose a small firm

We're a team of five. You'll work with all of us, and we'll know your name, your family, and your story without checking a file first. We're not trying to be the next big wealth firm. Staying small is a deliberate constraint, and it's the reason every plan gets built from scratch instead of assembled from a template. It's also why we're selective about who we take on.

We're in Scottsdale all year

Morning Club meets monthly at Industrious Fashion Square on East Camelback. Client socials move around Old Town - House Rules for bowling, Aridus onMain Street for tastings, The Brush Bar for the occasional paint night. Fall and spring we're on the trails. You don't have to wait for an annual review to see us. That's rather the point.

Neighborhoods we serve

Old Town, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Grayhawk, Troon North, and North Scottsdale - plus Paradise Valley and the Arcadia corridor just west of the city line. We have satellite offices all throughout Scottsdale valley.

Getting started

A complimentary 30-minute call. We listen, you ask whatever you want, and we tell you honestly whether we're a fit. If we're not, we'll point you somewhere better. If we move forward, you get a written plan tailored to you. It's yours to keep either way.
